Lou Rassey


Lou has a 20-plus-year career driving innovation in the manufacturing sector, and is a recognized leader on matters related to manufacturing, industrial innovation and competitiveness. Prior to Fast Radius, Lou was a Partner at McKinsey & Company where he co-led the firm’s global research and advisory efforts on the “Future of Manufacturing.” Lou has helped Fortune 100 executives, start-ups and government leaders in developing and executing strategies to compete in the digital industrial age. He also founded TRG, an industrial-tech-focused advisory and investment firm, and spent the first chapter of his career in engineering and manufacturing in the auto industry. He has an MBA and MS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT where he was a LFM Fellow, a MS from Michigan-Dearborn, and BS from Notre Dame.

Pat McCusker


Pat is a co-founder at Fast Radius and serves as President and interim CFO. Over the past five years, Pat has led many elements of the company’s growth, including commercial execution, financial operations, and capital markets engagement. He most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer and also served as CFO from 2017 to August 2021, leading Fast Radius’ multiple private financing rounds and entry into the public markets.

Before co-founding Fast Radius, Pat was President, North America at InnerWorkings (NASDAQ: INWK), a technology-enabled marketing services firm. Prior to InnerWorkings, Pat was an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company, where he served technology clients across a wide range of functions. Preceding McKinsey, Pat held cross-functional leadership roles at multiple early-stage growth companies. Pat holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.

Bill King


Bill is Chief Scientist at Fast Radius. Outside of Fast Radius, Dr. King is Professor and Andersen Chair in the Department of Mechanical Science and Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He was the founding Chief Technology Officer at the Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute, one of the first national manufacturing institutes in the United States. He has authored 225 journal articles and 20 patents. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, The American Association for the Advancement of Science, and the American Physical Society. He holds a Ph.D. from Stanford University.

John Nanry


John is a co-founder at Fast Radius, and as COO leads the company’s operations, including operational strategy and processes. With deep expertise in manufacturing, engineering, and technology, John has been crucial to the evolution of the company. Most recently, he held the position of Chief Manufacturing and People Officer, where he led the development of Fast Radius’ factories and workforce planning.

Prior to Fast Radius, John led the Digital Manufacturing Practice for McKinsey & Company, where he helped clients navigate their digital transformations. John holds his BSE and MSE from the University of Michigan and his MBA from Northwestern.

Gus Pinto


Gus leads product, design, and software for Fast Radius. Prior to joining Fast Radius Gus served as Chief Product Officer at Bellhops, where his team built a platform that uses software to revolutionize the customer experience and economic model of an industry that has historically let customers down. Gus served as VP, Product and Engineering at Magic Leap helping create a spatial computing platform that dissolves the barriers between the digital content we love and the physical world around us. Prior to Magic Leap, Gus was the Head of Mobile and Cloud Engineering at Citrix. During his tenure he led the creation and development Citrix’s mobile business to over 100MM users. Gus started his career at Microsoft as a Software Engineer.

Brian Simms


Brian leads the sales and marketing organization at Fast Radius, driving revenue and growth through customer acquisition, business development, and brand awareness.

Before joining Fast Radius, Brian was Chief Sales Officer of Rubicon Global, where he led sales and marketing through the company’s largest period of growth as they doubled in valuation from $500M to $1B. Preceding this, as Vice President of Regional Sales at Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN), Brian built and ran a team of 400+ sales representatives, playing a critical role in helping Groupon to achieve $1B in annual sales revenue. Prior to Groupon, Brian was Director of SMB Enterprise Sales at Echo Global Logistics (NASDAQ: ECHO), where he helped position the company as a technology-enabled transportation broker.

Bobby Bott


Bobby leads Fast Radius’ manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams, bringing expertise in building world-class operations in both additive and traditional technologies.

Prior to Fast Radius, Bobby led multiple manufacturing sites throughout the US for Precision Castparts Corp, a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary serving the aerospace and defense industry. Bobby was also a member of the M&A team at PCC, where he led post-merger integrations and growth across acquisitions in North America and Europe. Bobby holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
